Range Experience support customers realizing their home furnishing dreams. We create digital solutions for the entire IKEA range and for all IKEA retailers. We build 3D planning and guiding solutions for the full home. Customers should experience an accessible, inspiring, and rewarding journey based on needs and preferences and co-workers help our customers with a fun, efficient, and unbroken sales process. The solutions and capabilities we develop are an integral part of converting visitors into delighted customers. Creating a personalized experiences is an integral part of what we do.
Range Experience deliver solutions to all IKEA retailers in over 50 markets and more that 400 stores and digital channels. All solutions are made to help customers and co-workers in all customer meeting points, from the mobile phone to the largest IKEA store in the world.
Responsibilities:
Lead user research, including ethnographic studies, to enhance product development.
Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and tech leaders in an agile environment.
Mentor UX designers on usability testing.
Plan, conduct, and analyze ethnographic studies, interviews, surveys, usability studies, and A/B tests.
Present findings and prioritize actions based on research.
Requirements:
Proven UX research experience in an agile environment.
Knowledge of research methodologies and tools, including inclusive and accessibility design.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Data-driven with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Passion for retail, home furnishings, and user needs.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English; willing to travel.
