What you are going to do
The Digital Marketing Analytics and Insights Specialist will be responsible for tracking the digital marketing related activities and providing actionable insights. The main responsibilities include:
- Analysing web and mobile analytics data to understand user behaviour and improve customer experience.
- Creating reports and dashboards using data visualization tools like Power BI or Looker Studio.
- Helping with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX improvement activities.
- Making sure of having good data quality and relevant metrics.
- Performing customer journey mapping and funnel analysis.

We offer this job fully remote as a virtual assignment for 1 to 3 years. As part of this role, you will have an employment contract under the local collective labour agreement (CLA) from one of the 11 countries where NN operates. This means you can apply for the job if you reside in one of the countries where NN is located (Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Japan). Who you are
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities and skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in web/mobile analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Firebase, and Microsoft Clarity.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Looker Studio.
- Knowledge of SQL and other query languages for data extraction and manipulation is a big plus.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and funnel analysis
Who you will work with
You will join the workstream Digital Marketing and Leads Generation. The Digital Marketing and Leads Generation workstream is dedicated to attracting new customers through digital channels using effective targeting and cross-selling techniques, as well as enhancing cost-effectiveness through ROI and conversion optimisation. You will:
- Work with diverse teams within NN International, all business units in International
- Partner with key business stakeholders in Insurance International
- External partners and collaborators
This job is a virtual assignment which means you will fully work from home. You will travel regularly to meet your team. This means that the willingness to travel is important for this job position.
