WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• You have strong communication skills and can work independently using your initiative to deliver results
• You are comfortable using IKEA's systems and can pick up new systems quickly
• You can prioritize and organize your own work to make efficient use of your time
• You are energetic and not afraid to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Ensure that the store is clean, tidy, priced, and full
• Enables a successful shopping experience for our customers by ensuring that our products are in the right place at the right time
• Support the implementation of planned commercial activities involving your department throughout the store
• Analyze and adjust sales space capacities based on system parameters to secure high stock availability
• Act quickly on commercial opportunities; change the availability of products and customer feedback
