The role of the Finance Manager will very much be to continue the change journey and strengthen the competitiveness of the plant in Älmhult through close cooperation , benchmark with other production units and digital transformation. This is an operational role that combines leadership with hands-on involvement in the business.
You have a great team consisting of three co-workers a finance assistant, a finance controller and a production controller. At IKEA Industry, you'll be a part of an international organization and a world-known brand. As part of the management team, you'll be actively involved in shaping and driving the business strategy.
QualificationKey responibilities
- Lead financial monthly-, half-year-, and yearly/annual closings
- Monthly analysis of financial output and corrective actions
- Lead the budget and business planning processes for the unit including the estimate processes
- Development of KPI:s for follow up of the operational effectiveness
- Drive the development to continuously enhance Finance processes and operations
- Project controlling - handling, steering, following up on larger projects connected to the strategy
To be successful in this role
We are looking for someone with strong leadership and communication skills who has experience from global manufacturing industries. You likely have a master's degree within finance or business administration. We believe you have 5-10 years of experience in a finance organization including both financial as well as operational reporting. You have experience from working with modern and effective IT-systems together with a knowledge within LEAN production and Project Management. You are fluent in both speaking and writing English .
You have the ability to inspire, challenge and support the organization along with your strong analytical skills. You are a strong team player who collaborates with many functions and make things happen. For us at IKEA, it's always most important that you share our values.
