About this work area
As Facilities Coordinator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:• Manage the Facilities Management (FM) services through our Integrated FM (IFM) supplier including safety, compliance, maintenance and improvement to ensure a safe and operational environment for the business, co-workers and our customers.
• Follow up quality of services delivered by both IFM and direct suppliers through close collaboration, building strong working relationships and daily monitoring.
• Support internal FM related audits and annual reviews
• Support FM budgeting activities and the annual business plan in the unit. Attend weekly meetings to discuss operation issues and contribute to solutions.
• Drive the implementation of approved best-practices and projects, aimed at lowering operational cost, and improving the reliability of assets and the efficiency of the FM services.
• Produce monthly financial accruals, raise purchase orders and review supplier invoices to ensure accuracy of the services provided.
• Assist in controlling costs working in a cost-conscious way. Follow-up on permits, licences, OC certificates and reporting measures to stay compliant with local and national legislation, internal rules and requirements regarding the FM scope within Ingka.
• Provide subject matter expertise and technical support in daily operations and projects related to the FM delivery model.
• Participate in projects within FM related services as required.
• Proactively contribute to the IKEA sustainability agenda through all FM related activities.
