IKEA Dublin store are looking to welcome Warehouse Assistants to join our hard-working fulfilment team. Are you ready to bring a little bit of IKEA magic to our warehouse? We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who love to keep things organized and moving! As a Warehouse Assistant (Replenishment), you'll be the backbone of our operations, picking stock with precision and navigating our warehouse. If you're a team player with a knack for efficiency and a passion for home furnishings, we want you on our team.
Due to health and safety regulations all applicants must be over the age of 18.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive hourly rate of €15.25 per hour.
- Nightshift allowance of £2.25 between the hours of 10pm & 6am.
- 30 hours weekly, working 5 days out of 7, & 3 out of 4 weekends. Starting from 4AM am till 10AM.
- 20 hours weekly, working 4 days out of 7, & 3 out of 4 weekends. Starting from 6AM am till 10AM.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, all you will need is the motivation to make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail.
- Proven experience in utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Be self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team.
- Due to health and safety regulations all applicants must be over the age of 18.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Contribute to the highest goods availability for customers by the correct and on-time execution of the store goods flow tasks.
- Contribute to the agreed goals of the action plan in the daily work.
- Perform effectively the store goods flow operation and administrative tasks that support an efficient goods flow process.
- Work according to inventory and administrative guidelines to maintain the data integrity of the inventory in order to maximise product availability for customers.
- Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and requirements, and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment and building.
- Contribute to optimised goods flow operations in the store by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way using and sharing good examples.
- Be available to support colleagues in the department and other areas of the store when required.
