What will you do as a Customer Service Agent?
As a Customer Service agent at DHL Supply Chain, you will have daily contact with the customer regarding various matters such as shipments, order issues, warehouse transport, and relationship management. You provide logistic solutions that align with both the customer's needs and the organization's objectives. Additionally, you collaborate with internal departments such as Export, Planning, and Customs. You and your team all work together in an office. The most important thing of all is to have fun and laugh together. This makes it a close team.
Your tasks include:
- You are the contact person for the customer for specific operational questions and problems.
- You monitor the progress and handling of exceptional services and products.
- Handling the administrative processing of customer service-related questions, such as requests and complaints from the customer.
- Responsible for the correct handling, both administratively and communicatively, of the (customs) documentation for shipments.
- Prioritizing and scheduling orders based on priority and date and releasing them in the system.
- You work closely with your colleague(s) in the warehouse.
As a Customer Service Agent at DHL Supply Chain, you can expect
- A full-time position
- A gross monthly salary in scale 6 between € 2.371,- and € 2.900, -
- (with potential growth to € 3.520,- . )
- 130% surcharge after 18:00;
- A travel allowance of € 0,23 per kilometer;
- 25 vacation days;
- 8% holiday pay;
- Collective labor agreement à la carte: a personal budget that you can spend as you wish. You can convert this into vacation days (maximum of 6) or have the amount paid out monthly on top of your salary. You can also use it to pay for a gym subscription;

You bring
- Basic knowledge of Excel and outlook;
- Sense for details and high focus skills;
- Stress resistance and ability to resolve issues;
- Experience in Logistics is an advantage;
- You are not afraid to communicate pro-active;
- Good command of the English language. Dutch is desirable;
- Furthermore, you are flexible, motivated, independent, possess analytical skills, and have a proactive work attitude;
- Positive approach to people.
