We are looking for a freelance designer to take on an exciting project within the digital experience for Air France and KLM customers. You'll help reimagine the ways in which we support customers as they prepare for their flights.
You'll be the lead for the project, gathering requirements and delivering designs to product and engineering teams. You'll need to bring a high level of strategic thinking, strong stakeholder engagement skills and excellent command of hands-on UX design.
Work with business leaders and product teams to identify key opportunities in the digital preparation experience to address our strategic objectives.
Address these opportunities by developing new concepts through research, prototyping and testing.
Work with engineering teams to roll-out new features and A/B tests.
Requirements:
Experimental mindset and strong grasp of user-centred design methods, with experience in generative and evaluative research.
Demonstrable experience in application of design thinking and strategic design.
Experience and understanding of modern digital design systems and workflows.
Demonstrable experience navigating complex stakeholder environments within a large global organisation.
Strong hands-on product design practitioner, able to deliver high-quality UI designs at pace.
Strong understanding of evaluative testing, including user testing and A/B testing.
Proficient in contemporary design tools such as Figma and in working with tokenised design systems.
Strong communication skills and good command of English.
Working knowledge of Agile / Scrum.
At least 6 years in UX and Product design.
