The bank is also exploring future opportunities like Banking as a Service (BaaS) and Open Banking. In this environment, you will work as a Senior Business Analyst with two dev/ops squads that operate fully Agile/Scrum.
You and Your Job
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will help develop a robust current account system within a new application landscape, leveraging API and Cloud technologies. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure 24/7 efficient account processing for both business and private customers, while also supporting internal financial administrative tasks.
Three Practical Examples
- Develop features for CNA (new current account) and GPS (booking routing) systems.
- Serve as the primary contact for functional content questions from start to finish.
- Collaborate with business architects on architectural issues and business opportunities.

You and your talent
- HBO working and thinking level
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in the financial sector, preferably with experience in payments
- 2+ years of experience working with multicultural, multifunctional teams in a DevOps/Agile environment
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and English
- A curious attitude, you know how to develop your own workload
- Customer focus, communication skills, result responsibility, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Big plus if you know COBOL
