What will you do?
We are seeking a Reporting Senior to join our External Reporting team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that all accounting policies and practices adhere to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Your responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of IFRS;
- Analyze complex accounting transactions and provide technical accounting guidance;
- Provide valuable insights to management teams at various levels in the organization and manage relationships with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization;
- Contribute to the preparation and review of Odido's consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements;
- Support the external audit by liaising with auditors and contributing to a successful close ensuring all requirements are met;

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or CA/ACCA qualification preferred);
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience;
- Strong IFRS knowledge and the ability to simplify complex topics (example; IFRS 15, 16, IAS16, IAS38, but not limited to this);
- Experience with quarterly and annual reporting;
- Solid background in auditing;
- Ability to be proactive and make decisions with limited available information;
- Bridging accounting with commercial views on sensitive topics, such as revenues, market investments, net working capital, cash flows, and indirect costs;
- Analytical, pro-active and solid stakeholder management.
