Are you a master of organization with a love for creating efficient spaces? We're on the hunt for a Kitchen Planner who can turn chaos into culinary masterpieces! If you can juggle frying pans and floor plans with equal flair, this is the role for you. Join us and help design the kitchens where dreams (and delicious dishes) come to life!

WHAT WE OFFER

• The Start Date of employment will be: 23rd February 2025
• 20 Hours working 4 days per week including evenings and 3 out of 4 weekends.
• 39 Hours working 5 days per week including evenings and alternate weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Experience in kitchen planning is advantageous, although not required.
• You have an interest in people's life at home and look to provide customers with personalised solutions that meet their needs.
• You have experience working in a customer oriented business, working closely with sales targets and customer conversion rates.
• Confidence to take personal initiatives and be open to change.
• Confident in learning and working with a variety of computer programmes including Microsoft Office suite and Kitchen Planning Tools.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING ON THE DAY TO DAY

• Planning & Designing kitchens for customers in both initial and follow up appointments.
• You actively engage with our customers identifying their needs, inspiring and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
• Support maximising sales by ensuring the customer meets an area that is clean, well presented and easy to shop.
• Support with responding to the customer emails, securing payments both in store and remotely.
