Your Responsibilities: Monitor and leverage workforce trends and data to develop attraction and sourcing strategies at the country level. Partner with Recruitment & Sourcing Leaders to implement talent pipelines, sourcing channels, personas, and strategic attraction/retention plans. Collaborate with the global Employer Branding team to adapt and implement training materials, ensuring alignment with policies and processes. Drive the development and execution of Ingka's social media strategies and onsite attraction/retention activities. Ensure alignment of these activities with the strategic EVP and IKEA values. Localise global EVP concepts, frameworks, and processes to meet country-specific needs. Collect and communicate country sourcing and EVP needs to the global Centre of Expertise (CoE) for effective collaboration. Use a data-driven approach to track and evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing and employer branding strategies. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
