Dit is jouw rol

As a Senior Mendix Developer, you'll be responsible for setting up a new landscape of apps within Transport Services and work on further development of these apps. For our operators which core process are lying on delivery and collection of parcels, this platform ensures efficient and cost-effective rotation and automation of the operational processes.

You'll be responsible for designing, building, and enhancing complex Mendix applications to ensure scalability and future-readiness. With your expertise, you'll lead innovations such as integrating best practices into Mendix and mentoring team members to strengthen their technical skills. You'll translate logistical challenges into IT solutions that streamline operations for colleagues and customers alike.

Jouw collega's

You'll be part of a professional and enthusiastic Scrum team, consisting of two Mendix developers, a Product Owner, one IT consultant, and a Scrum Master. Transport Services is starting as a new team to help ensure the vision and goals of Transport Services. The team typically works two days a week together at the office, offering a chance to brainstorm about technology and have lunches together. As TS is part of a logistics chain of platforms, you'll frequently collaborate with other PostNL teams.

You are passionate about Mendix technology and inspire others with your expertise. As a natural team player, you know how to translate complex problems into practical IT solutions.

In addition, you bring:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in IT, engineering, or a related field.
• Mendix expertise at certification level (Advanced or Expert) or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within IT, technology, or an innovative environment.
• Proficiency in Dutch is great! English must be C1.
