Tasks
Job Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations & Parcel Handling: Oversee the daily management of warehouse operations, focusing on handling e-commerce packages, managing orders, and coordinating inbound and outbound stock
- Operational Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational challenges, including discrepancies in inventory and delays in shipment schedules, to proactively minimize risks and drive cost reductions
- Coordinationwith Delivery Service Partners (DSPs): Manage communication with DSPs, ensuring seamless handovers and pick-up scheduling
- Returns & Exchanges Management:Lead the process of managing returns and exchanges, ensuring all items are handled in compliance with company policies
- Managing Temporary Workers: Take charge of scheduling, training, and managing temporary labor within the warehouse. Ensure effective allocation of labor resources during working hours
- Process Improvement: Optimize system processes related towarehouse operations. Offer insights and feedback to IT Support team to improve order management and inventory control systems
- Collaboration with Support Teams: Liaise withcustomer service and support teams to promptly address and resolve customer complaints and operational errors, ensuring minimal impact on customer experience
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a logistics or distribution centerenvironment. (Candidates with no prior experience but a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is required.
- Familiarity with Dutch warehouse practices is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite 5 days a week.
