About the role
As a Call Centre Consultant at Rabobank, you'll provide exceptional support to our clients - both our Online Savings customers and our Agribusiness clients across Australia and New Zealand. This role is based in our Perth office, and welcome applicants wishing to work-full and part-time.

About you
If you're currently working in a call centre environment, you'll love our shift rotation pattern (no weekends!), our manageable call volumes and our collaborative and friendly culture.
It's not essential to have worked in a call centre before however, or to have banking / finance experience - we have excellent training which can support you with that. What we are looking for is an exceptional customer focus, passion and a great attitude.
In addition to taking calls, part of the role will also involve responding to emails and other communications.
To thrive in this role, you'll demonstrate:

- Ability to take ownership of customer requests and achieve first call resolution.
