We are looking for a Finance & Administrative Assistant to join our finance and accounting #Squad of Breitling Netherlands located in Lijnden (Schiphol). You will join our Dutch office supporting local wholesale and retail with approx. 50FTE. In this position, you will report directly to the Finance Director for BNL & Europe Ecom and the Managing Director of Breitling Netherlands.

Your contribution:

You will be responsible for booking daily financial transactions, invoices and banks, including managing the accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, fixed assets and reconciliations for bank accounts and petty cash

You will be incharge of checking ledgers and accounts for month-end closing and reporting

You will assist in regularly updating financial overviews for audit, insurance, reports

You will be accountable for administrative tasks for Sales & Distribution: registering the distribution of watches, invoicing dealers

You will check and have overview of stock levels and order office supplies

You will be communicating with business relations
You will fit perfectly into our team if:
- You have relevant education and/or experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related Finance discipline
- You are generally proficient with financial software and Microsoft Excel
- You can work independently whilst following HQ’s guidelines
- You have hands-on analytical and problem-solving skills
- You speak Dutch and English fluently (mandatory)
