In this role, you will have a central part in shaping the quality strategy, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
Key responsibilities:
- Spearheading the development and execution of the quality strategy;
- Guaranteeing that all products meet agreed-upon quality and sustainability standards before reaching customers;
- Overseeing innovative quality improvement projects;
- Managing and certifying the local Quality Integrated Management System;
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction by ensuring products and services meet group QA standards.
