We are recruiting for our client on-site in Utrecht an experienced Oracle Procurement Business System Analyst. In this role, you will contribute to streamlining our client's procurement and inventory management processes.
What will you do?
Configure, maintain, and optimize the Oracle Purchasing Module, including Min-Max, Requisitions, and Sourcing Rules.
Manage and improve workflows in iProcurement OnPrem and AME approval processes.
Provide expertise in the Inventory Module for effective inventory control.
Develop and maintain advanced pricing solutions within the Purchasing Module.
Ensure seamless integration between Oracle Purchasing and Accounts Payable (AP).
Manage the Order Management (OM) to Purchase Order (PO) dropship flow.
Collaborate with planning teams for the integration of planning interfaces.
Analyze and resolve issues within procurement, inventory, and integration workflows.
Document functional processes and provide training or guidance as needed.
Who are you?
Proven experience with Oracle Purchasing Module, iProcurement, and AME workflows.
Hands-on experience with the Inventory Module, including Min-Max setups and requisition handling.
Knowledge of advanced pricing strategies within Oracle Purchasing.
Experience with integration between Oracle Purchasing and AP modules.
Familiarity with OM to PO dropship flows.
Experience with planning interfaces is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
