YOUR ROLE
Would you like to identify, qualify and close new opportunities for selling CEVA's Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) capabilities to customers and prospects?
If so, we have the opportunity to join our CEVA team as our Sales Professional Car as a Customer FVL Benelux.
You will build profitable and recurring revenue streams from customers of this field. The position will also require adapting to CEVA's new Car as a Customer strategy within the Benelux to reflect changes within the marketplace.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- You will collaborate with FVL product community as well as FVL BD regional leadership to ensure alignment of strategy and action and corresponding execution
- You will hunt for new business with existing clients as well as prospects with regards to Car as a Customer product
- You will manage the country pipeline according to product line targets
- You define target customer list for related geographical perimeter
- You connect with all BD (local, regional, global) to ensure target accounts and opportunity qualification is aligned with product strategy and priorities and to ensure pipeline and sales activity is aligned with growth targets
- You will be the voice of the customer to the operations and escalate critical resolution items that represent a risk to the business within the product
- You understand the sector characteristics and trends including: key players; market dynamics and challenges; existing requirements; key competitors and their offerings
- You participate on creation of BD organization growth targets and strategy
- You actively participate on set-up of country BD Strategy as part of regional and global Go-to-Market Strategy
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You have a bachelor degree in logistics, business, sales or equivalent
- You have experience in used cars or fleet management
- You have experience in sales with strong willingness to develop within this field
- You have high customer and service awareness, independent as well as target- and solution-oriented way of working
- You have a very good command of both Dutch and English (mandatory) and French is a plus with overall good communication skills
- You are a skilled deal closer
- You have PC operational knowledge related to MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM - Customer Relationship Management Systems
- You are pro-active and self-motivated work style with proven ability to manage multiple demands on time and changing priorities
- You are a team player
