Facility Technician
, you are responsible for the maintenance of Inter IKEA buildings and that the properties meet the tenants' needs. The role plays an important part in our daily operations and maintenance, for inspections and checks in accordance with current regulations with support from our facility management systems.You work with daily operation, maintenance and energy optimization in our properties as well as contribute to construction projects. Sustainability is a big part of your agenda, and you make sure to integrate it in your daily work. Providing support in property-specific information and technical competence for projects, management and the business partners is also part of your assignment.
The employment includes duty-on-call service and is located in Älmhult.
QualificationWe are looking for you who is service minded, innovative and open to new solutions with a passion for doing business, always with sustainability in mind.
We see that you have:
- Experience of property operation and facility maintenance.
- Technical education or similar which is relevant for this role.
- Good computer skills.
- Good understanding in both Swedish and English
- Driving license (B).
It is an advantage if you have experience in cooling technology, electricity, ventilation and/or fire alarms.
