The Portfolio Manager will be part of the Agile & Portfolio Management CoE, driving the maintenance and improvement of a transparent portfolio view of change initiatives across NN International. As capacity allows, the Portfolio Manager will support the work of Chief Digital Officer and also other activities of the Agile & Portfolio Management CoE to promote the development of enterprise agility across NN International.
What you are going to do
Define and update Portfolio Management standards and ensure their implementation across NN International. Maintain efficient data collection and reporting processes (potentially by deploying a standard Portfolio Management Tool across NN International). Maintain effective relationships with Portfolio Management functions and other senior stakeholders in all Business Units. Gather timely portfolio-related information (e.g., roadmaps, financials) and ensure data consistency across NN International. Define, track, and report on KPIs for portfolio initiatives and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals. Identify and mitigate risks concerning the change portfolio. Support controlling the expenses of the Agile & Portfolio Management CoE's cost center.
Additional responsibilities as capacity allows for Agile & Portfolio Management CoE:
- Assist countries in their agile transformations and continuous improvement
- Maintain and develop a knowledge portal for best practices and information sharing
- Manage the Community of Practice, including organizing offsite meetings
- Oversee International-level contracts for agile-related tools
- Develop materials and provide training and coaching to Business Units
Additional responsibilities as capacity allows for Chief Digital Officer:
- Control the entire budget of the Chief Digital Officer, with special detailed support on the Salesforce budget, in close collaboration with the Salesforce team
- Regularly review materials upon need
- Create presentations upon need
- Participate in other projects/exercises upon need

We offer this job fully remote as a virtual assignment. As part of this role, you will have an employment contract under the local collective labour agreement (CLA) from one of the 11 countries where NN operates. Who you are

- Excellent skills in communication and engaging and collaborating with stakeholders
- Portfolio, program, and project management experience in an international context
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and traditional predictive PPM methodologies
- Experience with PPM tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, and PowerBI dashboard development
- Ability to align portfolio decisions with company financial goals
Who you will work with
You will report to and work closely with the Chief Digital Officer of NN International. Additionally, you will collaborate with agile experts and portfolio managers within the business units. At the international head office, you will work closely with the Finance team to align on budget topics, various Future Ready workstreams, and other program management teams.
