We are seeking a dynamic individual who thrives on thinking outside the box. While your background could span various fields, it is essential that you have several years of experience in communications, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Dutch and English. You should be proactive, structured and hands-on, with a strong affinity for Artificial intelligence (AI).

Chapter Global AI is responsible for setting standards and guidelines for AI. A strategic and careful communication strategy is essential because our communication dictates the AI development for the entire bank, making high-quality communication key. This requires effective communication with the rest of the organization, preferably in a way that resonates and sticks. Additionally, the chapter is in its startup phase and the environment is highly dynamic, so the person we are looking for should thrive in a bustling and ever-changing setting, rather than a structured one. By joining the Chapter Global AI, you will use your creativity and communication skills to drive communication projects and create content that align with our ambition to create value responsibly with Artificial intelligence (AI). You will handle multiple tasks such as set up and delivering end-to-end solutions that stimulate communication around AI, and make sure your work is easy to understand for all types of employees and external parties. You come up with various ways to communicate about AI in a playful, continuous and suitable way via various content types. While doing so, you work closely together with other communication specialist and AI experts.

As an AI Communication Specialist, you will be a clear communicator. Your ability to write and speak well in both Dutch and English makes you a key player. With a proactive attitude, you will take charge of tasks and deliver high-quality results. Your clear communication ensures that all employees, no matter their background, can understand and benefit from your work.

Your specialized skills will be strategically matched with our top priorities, such as:

• Improving processes and services to help Chapter Global AI excel in AI Communication.
• Frequently updating all employees and various target groups about AI developments within Rabobank.
• Engaging with our stakeholders and proactively provide them the right information at the right time.
• Providing content packages to be used for e.g. Presentations, interviews, articles.
• Supporting chapter members with their communication needs.

The Chapter Global AI is one of the 3 sub-chapter within Chapter Data & Analytics, which is part of the Chief Data & Analytics Office. You will report to the AI Competence Manager. You and your talent

• +3 years working experience with communication preferably within data & analytics environment.
• Excellent writing and speaking skills in both Dutch and English and ability to make complex information understandable for all types of employees and Rabobank's external environment.
• Experience in streamlining communication in a big organisation and working in a structured way.
• Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions.
• Experience with various content types (e.g., articles, blogs, videos, teaser films, podcasts, interview videos) and multi-channel communication.
• Ability to set up and facilitate events.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to work, capable of working independently on multiple tasks.
• Strong team player with excellent social skills, able to connect with different kinds of people and collaborate effectively.
