Responsibilities:
- Monitoring our websites regarding events related topics, including uploading promo's
- Ensure corporate contracts are created and signed as per company standards
- Creating cold calling lists for the events team to secure future business
- Pro-actively process events requests where needed
- Enter rooming list, routing, payment details and specifics in Opera & Marsha
- Follow up to our clients by means of decision relating an option, thank you cards, presents of the week and other initiatives
- Ensure accurate invoice is send within 24 hours after the applicable event
- Contact clients for after sales purposes
- Assist the sales and events team in their daily tasks
- Prepare POSI Sheets, VIP sheets and group files with all information required for the operational departments.
- Significant experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English language
- Must demonstrate well developed interpersonal style to accomplish goals and an ability to creatively and continuously improve methods of Customer Service and internal Operations.
- Open, honest, loyal and consistent.
