As a Relationship Manager TCF Africa, you can drive commercial success and ensure top-notch client service. The Managing Board's approval of the Africa strategy has created an exciting growth setting in the Nairobi office.
Get results
Develop strategic views on clients and sectors, translating them into engaging account plans.
Liaise between clients and colleagues to ensure comprehensive client dialogue, with a focus on sustainability.
Transfer TCF and banking knowledge to colleagues and assist in their development.
Top 3 responsibilities
- Manage relationships and develop business with TCF clients and prospects across Africa.
- Support Rabobank in originating and structuring deals, managing relationships, and creating cross-sell opportunities.
- Address client needs and provide advice on Rabobank's TCF products/services.

You and your talent
- A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance or economics;
- Experience in Africa and substantial knowledge of the African banking and trade and commodity sector, combined with international exposure;
- Experience in commercial banking and trade-based finance solutions;
- Extensive client relationship experience and the ability to leverage your network;
- Fluency in English;
