Lead engineer- Maritime

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of yacht engineering projects.
• Perform technical calculations and ensure designs meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
• Create detailed drawings and collaborate with production teams.
• Work with project managers to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their development.
• Provide technical advice to clients and solve challenges.
• Improve processes and systems for better efficiency.

• Bachelor's or higher in Naval, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in yacht engineering or shipbuilding.
• Skilled in design tools (e.g., Rhino, Siemens NX, AutoCAD).
• Strong knowledge of structures, hydrodynamics, and propulsion.
• Familiarity with maritime regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• English proficiency required; Dutch preferred.
