About the Job
Digital Product Management covers the development, operations, and continuous improvement of digital products to meet user needs and business priorities.
This role involves managing P&C digital products outside of the Workday platform, focusing on enhancing coworker and candidate experiences and providing valuable insights.
In this role, you will be accountable for managing several digital products supporting People & Culture capabilities, securing running business, support/service performance, prioritization, and an aligned development plan.
You will be responsible for implementing principles, best practices, and structures to guide and support efficient and effective work across all four business capability dimensions (people, process, data, and technology) in the explore, develop, and run phases.
You will manage several software vendors, implementation partners, user communities, and People & Culture capabilities, ensuring efficiency and good collaboration.
In this role, you will lead a skilled and high-performing team composed of Digital Product Leaders and Product Specialists. You will inspire and empower coworkers to perform at their highest level and continuously develop their skills and assignments.
Additionally, you will manage product budgets and forecast financial performance.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have several years of experience in:
- The product management field, focusing on outcomes, and optimizing business value in global organizations.
- Product Lifecycle Management, overseeing a digital product from its design through development, launch, and post-launch phases.
- Working in a delivery organization with agile development practices and/or a DevOps setup.
- Management, leadership, and coaching others.
- A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field is essential.
To be successful in this role, the following knowledge, skills and experiences would be valuable:
- Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering successful digital products, strategies, and roadmaps.
- Experience of and strong ability to build trusting relationships and long-term partnerships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that expectations are met.
- Understanding the market, user needs, technology landscape, and identifying opportunities for product development.
- Understanding of OKRs and other metrics to track value delivered in an agile organization.
- Ability to develop, lead, and inspire high performing, cross-functional product teams.
- Ability to break down complex information, organize it, and present it clearly and engagingly.
- Creative and strategic thinking to solve problems and overcome challenges during the product lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with agile development processes and familiarity with tools like Jira.

This role is full-time (40 hours per week) and based in Malmö or Delft. We believe a hybrid solution between the office and working remotely will create the best environment for us to be creative, productive, and finding a work-life balance.
