Your focus will be on analyzing and providing advice on staff and resource allocation to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
What will you do?
During this internship, you will work on a strategic advisory project that delves into the processes and challenges of capacity management at ING. Your responsibilities include:
- Analyzing current capacity management processes at ING locations through data analysis, interviews, and observations.
- Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in staff and operational planning.
- Developing an advisory report with actionable recommendations and implementation plans.
- Presenting your findings to key stakeholders within ING.
