SHIFTS - Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Operations generally range between the window of 8am to 10pm; Minimum one weekend off per month; Work schedules are published one month in advance
PAY - The starting rates/salary for this position range from $71,942 to $104,315 and will be based on equivalent work experience

What you'll be doing day to day
• Ensures a great shopping and IKEA brand experience to drive repeat visitation• Leads the loyalty team to ensure development of working routines, auditing, and competence related to the role and function
• Conveys IKEA values and nurtures a strong IKEA culture that inspires and empowers coworkers to extraordinary achievements
• Manages store level customer intelligence gathering and feedback loop and identifies potential improvements
• Drives IKEA Family memberships and actively promotes, secures, and implements Family Offers in order to grow loyalty with the IKEA Family member experience
• Partners with the Regional Marketing Manager and store Commercial Manager in providing input and helping to create the store business/marketing plan based on relevant knowledge of local marketing trends
• Acts as a local spokesperson for IKEA in the community and local media opportunities
• Leads development and coordination of national and local events connected to IKEA Family and the community
