Job description
In this role you will be employed by IKEA Älmhult AB and work closely and support the Business Navigation & Finance manager and Business Navigators. You will mainly work with the Business units where you identify opportunities and drive change within the different areas for an improved financial performance.
Furthermore your responsibilities and tasks will be to:
- Secure the monthly, bi-monthly Forecast and annual timely and compliant Financial Reporting
- Provide financial analysis and reports for various stakeholders in the organisation
- Follow up the Cost Centres monthly and YTD performance vs Budget and Forecast
- Secure and deliver relevant information and calculations into the budget process.
- Support changes and opportunities within the different areas for the improvement of financial performance and KPI's
- Support in different projects
- Be an important finance contact for the local organisation and support the day-to-day department's operations
- Be a key contact for the semi-annual / annual financial audit
- Be a key person for financial tools like SAP, CODA, Power BI and Basware
- Be a support and work closely with the Business Navigator and the Business Navigation & Finance Manager
You are a tactical and operational business partner, with strong analytical skills, able to translate business needs into financial consequences and solutions.
You have strong will-power to develop and learn new things and work with different IT systems. You hold a finance university degree and have at least 3 years of experience working with financial controlling and related tools and systems. Excel excites you and you have experience from SAP or other ERP systems.
