As a Process Manager you are responsible for all stages of a change initiative. This means:Check new ideas and provide high level impact (Intake) Analyse full impact (Analysis) Develop solution and update processes (Realisation) Go Live (Implementation) Evaluate (Aftercare)
These steps require analytical skills, creativity and problem solving abilities and, in addition, you need to be a Project and Implementation Manager.
In close cooperation with stakeholders such as regional branches, business representatives, architecture and IT, your efforts and leadership qualities will result in the successful implementation of:
- new or updated regulations from Financial Regulators
- Financial Markets Trading & Sales often look to introduce new instruments to their current product set. Both for the benefit of the bank and its customers
- Centralisation of global processes

- Check new ideas and provide critical high level impacts to Operations (Intake and Impact Analysis)
- Collaborate to develop solutions & ensure completion of test packs

You and your talent
- 10+ years banking/financial experience in an international and complex environment
- HBO (higher professional education)/WO (university)
- Strong analytical & coordination skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Affinity with Financial Markets and products
- Experience in working in a project environment and preferably also experience in Agile IT delivery and Lean management
- Ability to run small sized projects
- Demonstrated affiliation with Continuous Improvement
