As a Cloud Operations Lead, you will take on the critical responsibility of overseeing the deployment, management, and optimization of our cloud-based infrastructure. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the cloud environment is secure, reliable, and efficient, supporting the organization's operational needs and growth objectives. You will be instrumental in aligning cloud operations with the broader strategic goals of the company, driving digital transformation, and enabling business growth through effective cloud solutions.

• Design and plan a the cloud architecture, which is scalable, reliable and secure.
• Manage cloud resources to ensure efficient utilization, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
• Monitor cloud performance, implement optimizations, and plan for future capacity needs to ensure high availability and optimal resource usage.
• Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect cloud resources and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage relationships with cloud service providers, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and ensuring service-level agreements are met.

Dit ben jij

Experience

• 7-10 years of professional working experience in cloud operations, with specific expertise in the hospitality industry.
• A Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or others.
• Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
• Proficiency in cloud security best practices, regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and cloud performance optimization.
• Expertise in cloud cost management and optimization strategies.
• Proven experience managing cloud-related projects from planning through execution.
• Strong experience in managing cloud service providers and third-party vendors, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
