This exciting opportunity is based in our Plan and Order Point, a new format studio that offers visitors a chance to browse our showroom and get one-on-one consultation services for kitchen design, bedroom & bathroom solutions, small space living solutions and so much more. As a Customer Order Fulfillment Co-worker, you will:Meet customers' needs, solve problems independently, and recognize when to escalate to a manager.
Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
Enhance the customer experience by offering a streamlined and efficient handover in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO).
Efficiently manage goods flow and customer handout operations, utilizing the designated systems and tools to ensure seamless process flow and maintain data integrity.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash balancing policies.
Oversee day-to-day operation when assigned the responsibility by the Team Leader, including opening and/or closing duties for the unit which also include key and alarm code responsibilities.
Manage all unit emergency responses, including escalated customer issues, injuries, and emergency protocols, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and coworkers.
Collaborate with Safety & Security to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and audits related to inventory integrity, cash and credit management, safety, and internal controls.

QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent.Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working autonomously or with minimal supervision.
First Aid Certification Needed if scheduled in Smaland, required.
CPR - CPR certification Needed if scheduled in Smaland, required.
