You and your job

As a Product-manager, you'll work on the design, development, and deployment of advanced Generative AI solutions that deliver exceptional value to our employees and customers. You'll be at the forefront of creating AI-powered systems that help solve complex challenges, streamline processes, and unlock new opportunities. We need someone who likes to guide the team towards scalable and responsible GEN AI solutions.

Practical examples

• Work directly with (internal) customers to learn how processes and systems work.
• Be accountable for building responsible and cost effective GEN AI solutions for millions of customers.
• Executing the building of re-usable blocks, which can be used by 100+ tech teams.
• Steer and collaborate with team members to solve critical or complex problems within given timeframes.
• Make sure the solutions are compliant and responsible.

• Create strong alignment and commitment with stakeholders on business solutions
• Realize high quality and highly scalable GEN AI solutions within given timelines
• Guide the team in delivery of the GEN AI solutions
• Join-forces with your peers, experts and stakeholders to provide business value to Rabobank customers.
• Ensuring solutions are compliant on internal and external regulations

You and your talent

• You have at least 5 or more years of experience working as a product-manager
• You have a proven track-record on building and bringing Data & Analytics solutions to production.
• You have experience leading Data & Analytics teams and tech projects, coaching others, sharing knowledge and implementing best practices
• You are curious by heart and experienced in collaboration with customers.
• You have a passion for innovation.
• You communicate well in the English language (both spoken and written).
