Your impact as an Intern in the field of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at NN:
As a university (of applied sciences) student, you will contribute in a meaningful way to this area within our organization. We will find tasks that align with your internship goals. Although this internship is not research-oriented, we do not rule out conducting a (small) research project. We are looking for an Intern who can work 36 hours a week.
What you are going to do
- Contribute to achieving NN DEI Strategy and initiatives
- Research and analyze DEI data and summarize insights
- Leverage MS Suite to spreadsheets, prepare presentations, project plans and other
- Create awareness about DEI through relevant content in our internal channels
- Support DEI team with projects and processes
- Support the NN DEI networks to create impact. NN DEI networks include: NN Pride, Women in Leadership, Neurodiversity, NN Young Professionals, NN International Diversity, NN Cultural Diversity and NN Women in IT.

Who you are
- You are student at a university (of applied science)
- You are curious and feel confident in finding your way and asking for help where needed.
- You can work both independently and in teams
- You have good writing skills
- You have analytical skills to analyze data and use insights
- You have a proactive attitude and show initiative
- You are flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, and take on diverse tasks and responsibilities
- You can absorb information and have a talent for planning
- You know how to work with programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, and the Microsoft Suite
- A good command of the English language is essential, Dutch is not needed but nice to have
You are ready to start the internship in February 2025 for a period of at least 6 months
Who you will work with
You will be assisting and working within our small Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team, with a DEI Lead and DEI Specialist, while working with and learning from various colleagues. These can be internal colleagues, such as Corporate Culture & Affairs, Corporate Communications, Event Planning, Branding, HR Business Partners and Centre's of Excellence, and external people we collaborate with.
