You and your future

During the Data&Analytics Early Career Program you are going to develop your career over 18 months by becoming an expert in your field. Throughout the program you will stay in one team and receive training to further develop your hard skills. You will get a buddy who guides you in finding your way within the bank. In the field of your personal development, you and your fellow starters follow the Early Career Program and you will receive 1-on-1 coaching from a mentor within the business. We prepare you for your own personal success!

Our team identifies payment fraud by providing 24/7 real-time monitoring of financial transactions and client behaviour. Through digitization and innovation, we safeguard society, customers, and the bank. You and your team are able to stop customers from losing their money to fraudsters by leveraging the capabilities of programming languages to extract valuable insights from millions of daily transactions. You position yourself as a trailblazer in detecting fraudulent activities and upholding the integrity of global financial transactions.

You and your talent

• At the start of the program, you've obtained a master's degree or a doctorate in Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or another STEM background;
• Approximately 0-2 years of work experience;
• Currently living in the Netherlands;
• Experience with at least 1 programming language such as Python, R, Java, etc.;
• Knowledge in the field of statistics and data modelling;
• Interest in algorithms, logic, AI, data modeling, machine learning, language technology, etc.;
• An excellent command of the English language.
