We are currently seeking a Business Acceleration Manager for the BAT team at TenneT.
About the unit: Strategy and Partnerships (STP)
Strategy and Partnerships is set up because of TenneT's needs in new ways of working to realize our ambition to advance the energy transition. In doing so, innovative partnerships will be key to driving scalable solutions for flexibility, renewable energy integration and digitalization. The department consists out of four teams:

• Strategy (STR): The role is to be on top of external developments, define flagship projects, pro-active work with and challenge the business on the progress of the strategy with innovation and CSR integrated.
• Business Development (BDP): Supporting TenneT in its strategic goals to drive the energy transition and safeguard TenneT's financial health by managing strategic projects, providing corporate finance support to the business, identifying new business opportunities.
• Digital & Flex Development (DFD): Developing innovative Digital & Flex solutions, together with internal and external stakeholders. DFD manages, monitors, initiates, starts & stops projects in line with business needs.
• Business Acceleration Team (BAT): Supports the business in realizing TenneT's Responsible Growth agenda, by helping to prioritize and jointly realizing improvement initiatives with high complexity and high impact.
What will you be doing?
The Business Acceleration Team (BAT) at TenneT plays a critical role in bridging the gap between strategy and implementation, driving strategic topics, and helping the organization achieve its goals. As a Business Acceleration Manager, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including board members and senior leaders, to accelerate high-impact initiatives. You will be a part of cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments, ensuring that strategy translates seamlessly into actionable outcomes.
Main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for project planning and design;
• Help design and deliver workshops;
• Support the diagnose phase by conducting and analysing interviews;
• Prepare documents for project owners and sponsors for decision-making;
• Contribute to the design of proposed solutions;
• Develop an implementation plan.
Projects you will be working on:
•
• Energy Boards: Addresses the current challenges in the environmental processes within our units, which contribute to projects and programs. It has been observed that there is a lack of uniformity and integrality in cooperation and interaction with external stakeholders. Additionally, internal processes are often perceived as inefficient.
• Environmental Impact (Omgevingsmanagement): The project addresses the current challenges in the environmental processes within our units, which contribute to projects and programs. Profile and requirements:
•
• 4+ years of (in-house) consulting experience;
• Experience collaborating across hierarchy levels;
• Strong project management experience;
• Influencing & persuading skills;
• Creative thinking;
• Communicating clearly with a wide range of stakeholders;
• Previous experience in designing and facilitating workshops;
• Organizational/governance design;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Affinity for and/or interest in the energy sector;
• Excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills;
• English language fluency, Dutch desirable.

Additional Information:

• Location: Arnhem MCE | Tuesday is fixed office day + 1 other additional day (project team) | Hybrid;
• Interview: Will be conducted in English. Candidate will be joining an international team;
• Regulations: Suppliers of candidates must be aware of the applicable laws and regulations regarding employment conditions and the (TenneT) collective labor agreement (CLA). This role falls under scale 9 of the TenneT CLA;

Screening:

• Pre-employment screening: If the candidate is allowed to start with the client, a pre-employment screening will take place. At that point, we will send you the necessary documents. The candidate may only begin once the pre-employment screening has been completed. The Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is part of the screening conducted by Magnit. The VOG must be received before the candidate can start.
• Identification: The candidate must have a valid identification document (passport or ID card), which will be checked at both the intake meeting and on the contract start date.
