What you'll be doing day to day
• Deliver a comprehensive store marketing plan aligned with the country marketing strategy, based on market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights. Ensure the plan supports the store's business goals and commercial strategies.• Work closely with the commercial teams, customer meeting points responsible, and regional marketing forum to optimize engagement, visitation, and loyalty, including initiatives for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network (IBN) to drive visits, purchases, and member retention.
• Utilize customer feedback, research, and internal data to analyze local communication activities, assess business potential, and maximize IKEA's local market impact in a cost-efficient manner.
• Oversee the local marketing budget, ensure cost efficiencies, track metrics, and manage investments to optimize resource use. Lead the local marketing team, focusing on development, succession planning, and ensuring efficient ways of working.
• Coordinate the implementation of regional PR events and activations while also undertaking additional projects that contribute to advancing IKEA's retail operations at global, country, or local levels.
