• Strong communication skills, stakeholder management and proven ability to work cross-functionality
• Demonstrated ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
• Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Experience in digital transformations is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
On a day-to-day basis you improve the customer experience in the physical IKEA stores as well as at home with state-of-the-art digital solutions for better experiences around Food. More specifically, you will co-create solutions together with agile development teams, product design, data and analytics, business partners and end-users (store co-workers), to enhance digital product used in stores and at home, across the globe.
You will be part of the Food Mobile team within the Food Digital team, where you work alongside cross-functional partners from around the world to unlock new customer experiences as well as address pain points to build a better IKEA withing the IKEA Food journeys
You will:
• Set a tangible product vision and strategy (including business case, value proposition, roadmap and backlog) for the assigned area and product(s) to ensure that the delivery of outcomes meets objectives and customer needs.
• Communicate the product strategy and vision for the product(s)to ensure the team(s)is driving the product(s)in the strategic direction.
• Demonstrate strong product development practices in the daily interactions to enable high performing team(s).
• Align with and influence cross functional teams including business, engineering, DXD and D&A to ensure maximum impact.
• Demonstrate a data driven and customer centric approach to deliver successful outcomes for customers and co-workers in all Ingka markets
• Define OKR ́s for the assigned area and products together with the team(s)and key stakeholders to ensure team(s)are aligned and tracking towards the same goals.
• Document learnings, adopting a continuous improvement approach and transferring learnings to the team(s).
• Oversee the rollout of our new Digital experiences across our countries and stores.
