You will manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure seamless infrastructure service delivery. Collaborating closely with Delivery Managers, Product Leads, and Project Managers, you'll align project goals with business objectives while driving system improvements focused on automation and innovation. Your responsibilities include leading complex infrastructure projects, ensuring they deliver innovative and maintainable solutions. You'll also mentor and coach team members, sharing your expertise to build collective technical strength within the team.
Using data-driven insights, you'll continuously improve systems, processes, and platform performance. By fostering strong relationships across teams, you'll enhance collaboration, promote knowledge sharing, and contribute to the growth and success of the entire IT environment

You have 5-7+ years of experience with proven leadership in IT projects, managing Linux systems like Debian and Red Hat. Automating tasks with Bash, Perl, or PHP is second nature, ensuring systems run efficiently. You're experienced with containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, as well as cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
Your expertise includes managing SAN storage, maintaining secure environments through strong security protocols, and making data-driven decisions to optimize systems. You're skilled with tools like Puppet for configuration management and Git for version control. In addition to technical skills, you excel at mentoring and coaching team members, fostering growth, and driving project success. Your strong communication abilities help you build team relationships and work effectively across departments.
