You should have extensive knowledge of leadership principles to motivate and empower leaders individually as well as to create togetherness within teams. Good knowledge of the complexity of change management and understanding of key factors for a successful change initiative. You should have broad knowledge of the RCMP business and the business goals and a general knowledge of the people planning process and the recruitment process and understanding how to contribute to these. You should have extensive knowledge of IKEA tone of voice and the prerequisites of communication across channels. You should have basic knowledge about IKEA range and services and a good understanding of the complexity of RCMP operations and Sales/Resolutions as an integrated part of the business.
You should have analytical and strategic skills and ability to transform strategy into plans and guidelines. You should be able to direct efforts to set and achieve long term business objectives. You must possess strong interdependent leadership skills with the ability to build trustful relationships. You should be able to analyse risks and consequences of a change initiative.
You should be motivated by sharing and living the IKEA culture and values. You should have passion for leading others and energised by developing and challenging leaders to reach set individual goals. You should be passionate about understanding the behaviours of the many people, the local Life at Home and current Home Furnishing trends. Your responsibilities
Job specific key tasks and responsibilities:• Lead, coach and develop a team of Remote Team Leaders promoting individual growth and securing high
performance
• Ensure clear guidelines are communicated to the team in order to secure best practice
• Ensure adequate operations for performance management in order to maintain satisfactory performance levels
• Collate and implement feedback from Remote Team Leaders in order to ensure that key opportunities and
challenges within the assigned area are highlighted and addressed to relevant stakeholders
• Support and contribute with input to the Remote Manager within the assigned area in developing an action plan for
executing the strategy in order to achieve targets
• Anchor strategy within the team and ensure aligned execution of the action plan in order to ensure outcomes are
met
• Ensure consistent ways of working by conducting Remote Team Leader calibraton sessions in order to secure a
seamless customer experience
