IKEA Dublin store are looking to welcome Warehouse Assistants to join our hard-working fulfilment team.
Are you ready to bring a little bit of IKEA magic to our warehouse? We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who love to keep things organized and moving! As a Warehouse Assistant (Replenishment), you'll be the backbone of our operations, picking stock with precision and navigating our warehouse like a pro on a forklift. If you're a team player with a knack for efficiency and a passion for home furnishings, we want you on our team.
Due to health and safety regulations all applicants must be over the age of 18.
WHAT WE OFFER
• Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.
• Forklift allowance of £1.50 once trained.
• Nightshift allowance of £2.25 between the hours of 10pm & 6am.
• 30 hours weekly, working 5 days out of 7, & 3 out of 4 weekends. Starting from
4AM am till 10AM
16 hours weekly, working 4 days out of 7, & 3 out of 4 weekends. Starting from
6AM am till 10AM

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, all you will need is
the motivation to make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous forklift experience is preferred but not essential, training will be provided.
• Ability to prioritize and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail.
• Proven experience in utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Be self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team.
• Due to health and safety regulations all applicants must be over the age of 18.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Restocking and replenishing the warehouse.
• Working with or around heavy machinery, such as, forklift trucks, counterbalance, pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
• Use of pump truck and manual handling.
• Replenishment of the store, making sure all the shelves are full and ready for our customers.
• Once trained, the use of our forklifts when required.
