As a process operator, you will work full-time in an industrial bakery in the Waalwijk region. You will start in a 3-shift system and quickly transition to a 5-shift system. For this, you will receive a gross monthly salary of up to €3,533, excluding a variable allowance averaging 34%.

- A 34% shift allowance between 18:00 and 06:00;
