Every day brings something new in this role. You will:

• Manage air freight shipments from A to Z, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Keep clients informed about shipment statuses, delivery schedules, and rates.
• Handle documentation and invoicing with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with airlines, carriers, and colleagues across departments - both locally and internationally.
• Think ahead and suggest process improvements to make operations even smoother.

You're the ideal candidate if you:

• Have strong communication skills in Dutch and/or English (spoken and written).
• Know how to set priorities and remain organized under pressure.
• Work accurately and quickly pick up on new systems and processes.
• Are proactive and always look for ways to improve your work.
• Bring a positive attitude and maybe even some humor to the team!

• A full-time position in day shifts within an international organization.
• Competitive salary: € 2,434 to € 3,300 gross per month, based on your experience.
• Senior in the industry? You can secure a direct contract with DHL without a temp period.
• New to the field? No worries! The goal is for you to be permanently employed after a few months.
