Job description- Provide relevant, user-friendly business information in the organisation to allow for analysis and understanding of performance and for making optimal decisions.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and present them in an understandable and actionable manner.
- Secure the multi-dimensional view of the business, when conducting the necessary analysis, to evaluate performance with the customer in focus.
- Support the Business Steering team and other stakeholders in the organization by maximising the use of existing reports, and creating new reports/tools where needed.
- Contribute to the development of global business information solutions as formats, evaluation of business opportunities, ad hoc reports, and support the business by providing simulations and scenarios.
- Support Business owners and other stakeholders with data, information or insights needed for the development of their products.
- Contribute to digital data products develop withing strategic areas defined by domains and capabilities.
Knowledge
- Proven analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate figures in an understandable and inspiring way.
- Knowledge of the retail industry, omnichannel retailing, emerging practices and technologies and consumer behaviours.
- Good understanding of data science, recent technologies, analytics, and their wide-ranging application in business context.
- Good understanding of IKEA's strategic landscape and business direction.
- In-depth knowledge of IKEA business tools, processes, and cycles.
