We are seeking a skilled IT Product Support candidate with experience in logistics systems, developing or product management. The ideal employee will act as a crucial link between our domestic IT development team and warehouse team in the Netherlands. Responsibilities include overseeing the testing and upgrading of our self-developed system, providing debugging and guidance on simple system issues, and ensuring smooth communication between the domestic business front and our Dutch counterparts. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the development process and strong product thinking.
Tasks
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle management of our logistics software, including testing, upgrading, and deployment.
- Manage the transition of new features and updates to ensure minimal disruption and smooth implementation.
- Provide first-line support for system issues, perform necessary debugging, and guide Chinese and Dutch users in troubleshooting problems.
- Act as a liaison between the domestic IT team and Dutch operational team, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Apply product thinking to understand user needs, enhance app functionality, and provide feedback to the development team.
- Ensure that all processes align with both user requirements and business objectives, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT product management or logistics systems, with proven software development and support experience.
- Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting software applications, with a strong understanding of the software development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
