Within Governance, Risk and Change, the SIRA team has a central planning, execution and coordination role to the annual and dynamic SIRA assessments and reports. SIRA is one of the most important steering tools for senior management, leading to identify and mitigate the most important Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, Sanctions and Bribery & Corruption risks in the portfolio. With your knowledge, experience and competencies, you will contribute to identifying and managing Rabobank's client integrity risks in the FEC domain. This team coordinates, communicates and maintains contact with key stakeholders within the FEC Domain, Commercial Business, W&R, subsidiaries and FCC. Ensuring consistency and quality throughout the organization with regard to knowledge transfer and risk mitigation.

Top 3 responsibilities
- Leading a team of specialists, both from an HR and content perspective, with the aim of organizing and executing a dynamic SIRA reporting process from a global perspective;
- Deliver improved reporting and input for reporting to senior management of FEC Domain, business risk owners, Managing Board and DNB and supporting the Global Head of FEC Governance, Risk & Change
- Stakeholder management within both Retail NL, Wholesale & Rural and subsidiary domains on MB-1 and MB-2 level.
The FEC Governance, Risk & Change department is primarily set up to help the FEC organization gain a competitive advantage through excellent risk, compliance, quality, change, and portfolio management, to prevent loss of business (excellence), funds, reputation, and (innovation) opportunities. To achieve these goals, five departments have been set up: Change, Process & Learning, First Line Monitoring, First Line Risk, SIRA/RAS, and Strategy & Governance. A Business Manager and an Assistants are part of the team to support the management.
