In this role, you have the opportunity to take upon the exciting role of (Senior) MarCom Manager within the FORS venture. This is a temporary assignment for up to 1 year. Philips has a strong and unique position in this field through its interventional X-ray, cardiovascular devices and ultrasound portfolio. We are developing a new image-guidance solution based on revolutionary navigation technology, encompassing a combination of medical consumable devices, imaging equipment and related services.
You will drive value for FORS venture by creating, owning and executing the downstream & marcom plan (aligned with strategy and marketing plan), specifying the deliverables and projects to further increase brand awareness and preference, drive impactful launches of NPIs and increased effectiveness of sales teams.
Key areas of responsibility:
Marcom Strategy
Creates & maintains the yearly Marcom plan based on the venture Marketing Plan and engagement strategy, specifying required marcom strategies, deliverables and projects and budget requirements for activation incl. Timelines.
Supporting the Product Marketing team to define requirements for claims and evidence to create effective omni-channel messaging, assets and collaterals.
Brings integrated campaigns to life with marketing deliverables, activities or content aligned with the customer decision journey and based on approved claims. This includes planning, asset creation, ensuring messaging coherence, deploying content and driving / supporting activation in the markets to build awareness and drive demand generation.
Assets, Marketing channels & Sales Enablement
Responsible for planning, creative briefing, execution and presentation of assets to drive & support omni-channel campaigns/programs, including (brand) reputation and awareness, demand generation, account-based marketing, and installed base engagement strategies.
Responsible for planning, creative briefing, execution and presentation of assets to support product launches in close collaboration with the Product Managers in the venture, including support of communications, PR, social and training needs in line with the marketing plan.
Manage the relationships of agencies and is responsible for an optimal briefing and instruction for the MarCom strategy and guidelines for campaigns and projects.
Sales Enablement; increase the impact of sales teams by sales communication, training, content and sales support.
Digital Marketing: Responsible for maintaining and updating webpages in alignment with digital experts, Digital COE team members and/or digital service.
Measurement & Continuous improvement
Manages the budget in the most optimal way to realize the deliverables or projects (cost control). Provides regular insights and forecast into budget usage.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following:
University degree in Marketing, Communications (master's degree)
5-7 years of experience in communicating with diverse stakeholder groups, with proven track record in marketing communications
Marketing communication channel mix (on-line and offline)
Messaging and content creation for integrated omni-channel use
Planning, execution and measurement marketing communication
Digital Marketing knowledge (e.g. Search/Social/Email/Analytics)
Excellent communication and writing skills
Experience in Healthcare or Technology B2B communications preferred.
