WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• University degree (Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management) or relevant experience and proven performance in retail and/or logistics role• 1-2 years of experience in leading people with proven record of successful leadership delivering both business result and people development.
• Proven experience in working through others, set priorities, delegate responsibility, and give open and honest feedback
• Business-minded approach with a clear customer focus and ability to meet agreed budgets and goals
• Good computer skills
• Ability to implement structural way of working within the area of responsibility
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English
• Problem-solving experience.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the Fulfilment Operations Co-workers in the assigned area of responsibility to secure the highest goods availability, operational readiness always at the lowest possible cost.• Take direct lead with identifying, recruiting, retaining, and developing the many talents in the Fulfilment Operations team, to secure a diverse, high performing team that can execute its assigned responsibilities with confidence and secure the future succession.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment throughout the unit and secure that the Fulfilment Operations Co-workers work in compliance with IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation related to health, safety, security, and the environment.
• Secure effective, qualitative, and efficient daily Fulfilment Operations within the assigned area of responsibility by contributing to goal achievement, people, shift and equipment planning, create co-worker's quality awareness to prevent and reduce damages, drive the implementation of local business plans/projects and analyze existing workload to secure daily volume handling and meet seasonal needs.
• Support the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda in the assigned unit operations environment.

• taking a lead and overall responsibility for operational excellence, performance, and development of fulfilment units within the market

• secure development and well-being environment for our many co-workers in Unit Fulfilment.
• enabling preconditions, securing availability and efficient execution of the replenishment process and the customer order fulfilment processes in the fulfilment unit.
• continuous improvement and securing fulfilment of products through all sales channels with great lead times, availability and quality at the lowest possible costs that enable an affordable price and profitability.
