As a Senior Mendix Developer, you'll drive the optimization and further development of the Smart Shipment Router (SSR) platform. At the core of our logistics processes, this platform ensures parcels are routed efficiently from sender to receiver.

You'll be responsible for designing, building, and enhancing complex Mendix applications to ensure scalability and future-readiness. With your expertise, you'll lead innovations such as integrating machine learning models into Mendix and mentoring team members to strengthen their technical skills. You'll translate logistical challenges into IT solutions that streamline operations for colleagues and customers alike.

Jouw collega's

You'll be part of a professional and enthusiastic Scrum team, consisting of three Mendix developers, a Product Owner, two IT consultants, and a Scrum Master. SSR is a hybrid system that combines Mendix and AWS technologies, giving you the opportunity to explore and innovate across both platforms. The team typically works two days a week together at the office, offering a chance to brainstorm about technology and discover new lunch spots. As SSR is central to the logistics chain, you'll frequently collaborate with other PostNL teams.

You are passionate about Mendix technology and inspire others with your expertise. As a natural team player, you know how to translate complex problems into practical IT solutions.

In addition, you bring:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in IT, engineering, or a related field.
• Mendix expertise at certification level (Advanced or Expert) or equivalent work experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role within IT, technology, or an innovative environment.
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English.
