YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible to lead a number of Operations topics for the MP Group within the areas of Operational excellence and efficiency, Meting Place development, Facility Management, Sustainability, Procurement, Digital roll-outs, and more (exact topics will vary over time).• Project manager for Operations projects and initiatives. This includes prioritisation, coordination, time management, and reporting and resource allocation.
• Participate and contribute in Operations and cross domain fit for purpose teams
• Coordinate and keep track of initiatives and projects within the Meeting Places, Ingka Group and IKEA Retail.
• Drives new ways of working (adaptability, agility, transparency) for Operations, and the interaction with other Centres Domains as well as other Ingka Functions continuously proposing improvements to the way we operate, based on experience and proactive analysis.
• Act as extended arm of Cluster Operations Manager, leading projects, initiatives and assignments on her/his behalf.
• Responsible for sharing best-practices within the Operational excellence area.
• Provide insight based on analysis of internal and external conditions that can influence our operations. Stay updated with developments in the practise and keep the network informed.
• Responsible for shared digital working in the MP Group, incl. Data store and collaboration (e.g.MS Teams)
• Acts as a role model by adhering to our culture and values in all activities, as well as leading by example in change, simplicity and adaptability.

Achieve operational results, drive efficiency improvements and enhance commercial performance and brand value ofthe Meeting Places.
